Graduate Employment & Skill Matching

Mumbai needs a stronger bridge between graduates, employers, industry expectations, and practical skills.

MGA Will Work On Career workshops, internship linkages, skill mapping, employer partnerships, job-readiness sessions.

Expected Outcome Better employability, stronger placement readiness, and improved graduate confidence.

Education Reform & Student Welfare

Students face challenges around fees, scholarships, exams, admissions, documents, and institutional accountability.

MGA Will Work On Representations, awareness, grievance support, policy suggestions, and structured follow-ups.

Financial Literacy & Investment Awareness

Many graduates enter professional life without practical knowledge of saving, budgeting, investing, insurance, and financial planning.

MGA Will Work On Financial literacy workshops, NSE exposure sessions, budgeting modules, responsible investing awareness.

Expected Outcome Financially aware, disciplined, and informed young citizens.

Civic

Civic Governance & Public Participation

Graduates must become active participants in ward-level governance, public consultations, hearings, RTI, and civic accountability.

MGA Will Work On RTI awareness, ward issue tracking, citizen participation guides, civic workshops, public hearing participation.

Expected Outcome Stronger civic awareness and better citizen participation in Mumbai governance.

Policy Letters & Government Suggestions

Public issues need disciplined documentation, constructive suggestions, and systematic follow-up with authorities.

MGA Will Work On Formal letters, government representations, policy notes, public recommendations, and follow-up trackers.

Expected Outcome Evidence-based advocacy and stronger accountability from institutions and departments.

Exposure

Learning Visits & Practical Exposure

Graduates need exposure beyond classrooms to understand industry, culture, science, finance, logistics, and governance systems.

MGA Will Work On Warehouse visits, museum visits, science centre visits, NSE visits, institutional learning programs.

Expected Outcome Improved awareness, confidence, curiosity, and practical understanding.

Health, Environment & Community Awareness

Graduate leadership must also contribute to public health, environment, local cleanliness, sustainability, and community awareness.

MGA Will Work On Awareness campaigns, local drives, policy notes, workshops, and public participation programs.

Public Dashboard & Progress Updates

Members and citizens should clearly know what MGA is working on, what has been submitted, and what is pending.
